Since the motor on the incubator stopped working (again) I started flipping the eggs and when I was flipping them about an hour ago I saw these!
I immediately started freaking out (in a good way) and started jumping up and down, they aren't even due till tomorrow!
Yay! Victory!
On this one you have to look realy hard because the picture didn't turn out very well, see that criss-cross of light on the right side? Thats a crack!
You can feel them moving and peeping and all that good stuff!
Keep checking my blog for updates cause I will be posting often

Peeps!! My Dad used to incubate eggs too..it was a fun time watching and waiting.
That's really cool..the egg still hatching even though the incubator is broken. Can't wait to see the new chicks.
So exciting! Can't wait to see!
Happy for you Yolanda. :)
What a sweet experience, Yolanda!!
I remember going to a museum in Chicago where you can see chicks hatching out of eggs. I thought I actually see them emerge. Little did I know that you're lucking if you see the egg move at all! Hatching is an extremely slow process--very hard work on the chick!
Such an interesting thing, life. Love watching it! Great photos! Have a terrific Sunday!
