This fellow/gal (?) does not look to be in a very good mood just now though he did pose beautifully for you. This is one nice macro close-up shot. The feathers really to pop out in all of their glory. Nice post. genie

I don't think I've ever looked into a chicken's eyes quite like that before! It makes the bird seem very human! (Suddenly I'm extra glad I'm a vegetarian!) :-)
