So here are the dear 3 Musketeers, or they were 2 weeks ago.

2 weeks ago a mink got into the chicken and duck pen, it got one of my hens, and the grey duck, and one of the white ones has a hole in its head. I'm just glad it didn't get more.

So this is Roady, she is a Rohde Island Red.

This is her on August 15.

And this is her now!

Her feathers should be farther along, like a lot but I did lock her up separate from the others for the first month or so. Then when I finally started locking her up separately she kept getting out!

She is now one of my tamest, and favorite chickens.

She has come a long way and I am so happy about it!

So my big sister saw this naughty kitty over by the garbage cans so we all ran out to see if he was a nice kitty. And it turns out, he is/was a very nice kitty!

We fed him.

Had him model a bit.

Then he ate some more.

Then he left, then he came back.
